Saint Odilo Admissions Policy
Saint Odilo is operated under the auspices of the Catholic Bishop of Chicago, a corporation sole, in the Archdiocese of Chicago. Saint Odilo admits students of any race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students in this school. Admissions Process:
Step 1: Family Interview and Tour
Step 2: Meet and Greet and Shadow Day
Step 3: Complete the Application Packet and submit Registration Fee
Provide the following Financial commitment:

Admissions Process:
Step 1: Family Interview and Tour
- Schedule your tour by calling our main office at (708) 484-0755.
Step 2: Meet and Greet and Shadow Day
- Scheduled after the school visit and tour
- Students will meet individually with our principal.
- Depending on availability, students will also meet with the teacher of the corresponding grade-level
Step 3: Complete the Application Packet and submit Registration Fee
- The following documentation forms will be needed:
- Child's original birth certificate
- Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Your child's most recent report cards and standardized test scores (transfer students)
- Parent Consent Form
- Health Examination Form (new, K, 6)
- Dental Examination Form (new, K, 2, 6)
- Vision Examination Form (new, K)
- Proof of receipt of one dose of Tdap vaccine (7, 8)
- Physician’s Request for Self-Administration of Medication
- Parent/Guardian Permission & Authorization Form
- Contact Information Release Form (6, 7, 8)
- Medical Information & Emergency Notification Form

Provide the following Financial commitment:
- Registration Fee…. $200 (non-refundable)
- To join Preschool your child must be 3 or 4 years old before September 1st.
- To be accepted in Kindergarten your child must be 5 years old before September 1st.
- To be admitted in First grade your child must be 6 years old before September 1st.
Step 4: Admission Status Determined
- Acceptance will be determined and family will be notified
